**Description**

As a Strategic Planning Sr. Analyst for Express Lane, you will play a central role in helping the Company deliver on a key pillar of the Triple Double: 2X Speed. We are driving an end-to-end revolution from design through manufacturing to create a product creation and supply chain cycle that is meaningfully shorter than our current process. You will partner across the Enterprise to develop, communicate and execute strategic plans that drive Express Lane priorities. You'll partner with cross functional global and geography teams to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and problems, and you will catalyze action against these priorities.


Doing all this requires a unique individual. You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator, as well as experienced in driving largescale change. You will need those skills as you work not only across multiple functions but also across multiple geographies, living within Nike's matrixed organization. Success will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with colleagues and drive to rigorous, well-communicated deliverables.


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor's degree, plus a minimum of 0-2 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 2 years of experience is acceptable

+ MBA or other advanced degree preferred

+ Experience in management or retail/supply chain consulting working on product, sourcing and supply chain focus areas preferred

+ Corporate strategy in apparel, footwear, accessories role focused on proposing and designing/implementing changes to sourcing, product innovation, supply chain, product go-to-market functions

+ Speed-to-market and product pipeline experience a plus

+ Proven ability to support and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams and provide project management support for large scale transformation

+ Logical problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills and a natural curiosity

+ Executive level communications with best-in-class story-telling skills

+ Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; Mac/Keynote skills also highly preferred

+ Ability to pass a background check
