Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world's best athletes. It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Nike, it's about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

Nike's uncompromising focus on human potential extends to its workforce. Nike Human Resources teams help attract, retain, and reward the world's most innovative people by creating programs to help them thrive. They accelerate company growth as stewards of culture, organizational effectiveness, talent and change. The global Human Resources community includes experts in talent planning, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and more. Together, they develop a motivated, diverse and engaged global team.

**Description**

The heart of Nike is built around one simple idea -- innovate. Whether that innovation is called Nike Air or ACG or Swift or Shox, the principle is the same: think something that nobody has thought before, or improve something that already exists. It's how we create our products, and it's the way we treat the people we work with.

So take chances. Think bigger than the next achiever. Just know one thing. The more you succeed, the higher we'll raise the bar.

But would you really want it any other way?

As a Nike SR Recruiter, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire the most qualified candidates for high volume non-exempt positions in order to bring Nike the best available talent at the right time and for the right compensation. You'll utilize effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a qualified/diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner. You'll also lead the process of developing and executing a staffing plan for each individual requisition. This opportunity also involves using the eRecruit system, resume review and telephone and in-person screening for both internal and external candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the Hiring Manager in selecting a qualified diverse pool of candidates. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert on our eRecruit system and manage requisition creation, posting and candidate tracking processes.
