**Description**


As
the Senior Financial Analyst, Nike Direct Digital Marketing you will be
responsible for applying your business and financial acumen to drive the North
America NIKE Digital business.


Responsibilities
include:


+ Supportingthe development of Digital strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts throughcollaboration with key cross-functional partners, including: Digital Marketing,Analytics, and Accounting

+ Owning keyaspects of Digital's monthly close and Quarterly Business Review cycles

+ Activelyinterpreting and reviewing the effectiveness of our marketing spend to identifytrends, risks, and opportunities, with the goal of driving actions that deliveragainst our financial goals

+ Providingtimely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis of results that illustrateprogress against the strategic plan, budget, and forecast

+ Developingaccurate and consistent reporting, to aid in and influence decision-making

**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor'sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA in Finance,Economics or CPA is preferred

+ 4+ years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning,accounting, and/or budgeting; experience working in Digital Marketing and/orfor a Fortune 500/consumer products company is preferred

+ Exceptionalanalytical and problem-solving skills while being independent and resourceful

+ Demonstratedability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis

+ Strongcommunication skills, ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas in asimple way, and influence stakeholders across the organization; experienceworking in a matrix organization is considered an advantage

+ Advancedlevel proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;experience working with SAP, SAP BI, and Tableau is preferred

+ Ability topass a 7-year background check
