**Description**

As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll provide "In Season" operational and executional excellence across all product engines and categories by managing, facilitating and executing policies, reporting, analysis and best practices for the North America Inventory Sales Operations organization and the greater North America Commerce team. You'll handle monthly Inventory Sales "Scorecard" reporting. You'll provide direction and execution around issues and activities related to contract management, cancellation management, product request, sales negotiated discount request, and general and ad hoc requests. You'll manage monthly and Quarterly RTV request and execution process through SPRINT and effective communication. You'll serve as the key sales voice and point of contact to ensure 95% fulfillment and customer satisfaction with Nike's Always Available team. You'll process excellence across BU's related to inventory reporting, monthly and quarterly shipping goals, in-month execution to plan (hit the numbers). You'll be the key point of contact and collaboration for NA customer service ops delivery precision "champion". You'll own weekly communication to NA commerce for inventory (Prop, EPR, AA, and CO) and drive consistent reporting and best practices. You'll manage/engage with cross BU ops specialists/ETW personnel to ensure maximum efficiencies and developmental opportunities. In addition, you'll engage with Category Ops Managers to ensure consistent message and execution on policies and processes from pre-season through delivery.


**Qualifications**


+ Bachelor's degree with 5 years' Relevant work experience

+ High Proficiency with SAP, JBA, BRIO/BEX, MS OFFICE/EXCEL and ability to learn new systems/software as needed

+ Experience in an analytical role or process development within sales, retail, customer service ops, or supply chain experience

+ Excellent presentation skills

+ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and competing projects and priorities

+ Fact-based and analytical decision making

+ Command of retail math and general financial principles

+ Ability to accomplish cross functional objectives through virtual management by influencing and building consensus

+ Problem solver and solution seeker
