**Description**

As a, Product Management Expert, you will be part of fast pace platform engineering teams, representing the view of the customer.


As a Product Management Expert, you will own the vision and strategy of one or more products, creating and driving the program roadmap.


You will be responsible for defining product and service features, and prioritizing delivery in line with their business value. You must possess an understanding of business objectives and be able to quantify value and risks. A strong technical background is required to produce concrete Product features and subsequent roadmap while collaborating closely with engineering to drive implementation.


The successful candidate will:

Key Responsibilities

o Understands Customer need by maintaining a close relationship with customers and stakeholders to comprehend and communicate their needs and participate in validation of the solutions

o Define and communicate Program vision and roadmap; ensure alignment to company strategies

o Define Epics, manage and prioritize the Program backlog on an ongoing basis

o Work with stakeholders to define Features from Epics

o Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction

o Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions

o Provide oversight of strategy, technical, and transition management aspects

o Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs

o Collaborate with Release Management to determine the optimum release strategy and Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to the customers

o Analyze and communicate customer adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to stakeholders

o Ensure Program priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features

o Build an effective Product Manager/Product Owner team and partnership with stakeholders

o Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements

o Partners closely with Reference Architecture and Platform Engineering to align Platform Product Roadmaps with execution Plans and to ensure requirements are understood and end-products meet o acceptance criteria

o Measure and report on the value provided by Platform Product offerings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on product priority, delivery, and adoption

o Manages all product prioritization to available budgets and is able to work with finance to o communicate financial costs and chargebacks

o Stays current with industry trends and recommends relevant technologies & products in the areas of o Cloud, Digitization, Data and Analytical tools, Visualizations, AI, and other emerging technologies


**Qualifications**

o Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree

o Experience working with Agile teams

o Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred

o Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.

o Previous experience as a team lead

o Expert understanding of the Agile principles and methodologies and how they're applied in workplace culture

o Has an in-depth expertise in own discipline as well as broad knowledge of other disciplines

o In-depth knowledge of the relation between business process and the Products in the Program

o Excellent collaboration and relationship management

o Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

o Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management

o Experience leading cross-functional work

o Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively

o Experience leading others in resolving complex issues

o Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact

o Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems

o Strong in strategic thinking

o Address current and future customer needs through innovative solutions
