**Description**

As a Business Analyst within Core HR Operations, you will be responsible for working closely with the Core Operations teams to maximize process and system efficiencies for all activities related to the employee lifecycle. You will perform employee operational controls and reviews data audits and use your analytical skills to do root-cause analysis and communicate findings to the regional teams. You'll use your strong communication skills to influence process improvements and lead global data-related initiatives, carefully balancing the need for technical answers with the need for straight-forward communication in layman's terms. Excellent listening skills will allow you to carefully understand business problems and provide critical information and key insights necessary to make the right business decisions. Your systems experience with SAP HCM, particularly the OM and PA modules, will ensure your success as a thought-partner for other HR teams regarding systems, processes and best practices. Things move quickly at Nike, and a successful candidate will need to be highly organized and able to balance multiple, fast-changing priorities while still delivering quality and timely results. Your goal will be to understand the challenges and opportunities within Nike's business processes and systems and deliver thoughtful and technically-sound recommendations, solutions, and data as required.


**Qualifications**


+ Strong SAP HCM experience required, specialty in OM/PA modules preferred.

+ Strong Excel skills required. Applicant should be proficient with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and other skills necessary to expedite thorough data audits

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent and a minimum five years' experience in either consulting or customer service

+ Ability to effectively influence peers and leaders

+ Ability to take a concept to reality

+ Highly developed communications skills, both informal and formal; verbal and written

+ Active listening skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects

+ Strong problem solving skills
