**Description**

**What you'll do:**


+ Deliver best in class Integrated Demand Assortment Planning capabilities within the Demand and Supply Management Organization

+ Plan and execute strategic enterprise cross-organizational business priorities

+ Collaborate with global and geo teams to drive an end to end, strategic roadmap

+ Have a perspective, define and partner with analytics to define key performance criteria for success

+ Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

+ Act as a key member of the SEC and DSM technical leadership teams

**Qualifications**


+ B.A. or B.S. required, M.A. or M.B.A. preferred

+ 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and/or product management roles

+ Experience managing multi-million-dollar and multi-year technical initiatives

+ Deep agile and product experience and knowledge

+ Proven experience developing and scaling global system capabilities

+ Experience leading teams

+ Demonstrable expertise in retail demand and supply management

+ The ability to establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementation

+ Experience working in a global, matrixed business environment


**Qualifications**
